Reservations & payment

Bookings require full payment and are confirmed once payment is received. Each reservation must be in the name of the individual principal site holder.

If travelling with another family, add their family name to your booking so sites can be allocated together where possible. Only pay for guests confirmed to travel; additional guests can be added later subject to conditions.

• Payment by credit card, EFTPOS or EFT
• EFT must clear before arrival
• Use your reservation number and booking name as the payment reference

Arrivals & departures

Powered-site check-in is from 12pm and cabin check-in from 2pm, with check-out by 11am unless arranged with management. After-hours arrival and 24-hour check-in can be organised with the office before you arrive.

• Quiet time begins at 10pm
• Please plan travel times with other guests in mind

Cancellation policy

Refunds and credits are issued at management’s discretion.

• More than 14 days before arrival: refund less a $30 administration fee, or a credit valid for 13 months
• Within 14 days: all fees paid are forfeited
• On arrival day or during the stay: no refund or credit
• For emergencies such as natural disasters, fees may be held as a 13-month credit; an approved refund incurs the $30 administration fee and is paid by EFT

General park rules

The Seaspray Reserve Committee of Management sets the park’s rules. By booking, guests agree to these terms, park rules and reasonable directions from management.

• Management may refuse entry
• Holiday use only — no residential sites
• Maximum one car per site unless authorised by management.
• No excessive or offensive noise
• The park is not responsible for property loss or damage
• Camping continues rain, hail or shine; weather does not qualify for a refund
• Policies may change without notice

Pet-friendly sites

NO PETS IN CABINS OR VILLAS

Pets are welcome year-round on powered sites. Please mention them when booking. Pets are not permitted in accommodation, amenity blocks or the camp kitchen.

• Maximum two pets per site
• Pets remain contained or on leads
• Pets must be registered and have current vaccination certificates
• Clean up immediately
• Never leave pets unattended
