RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Reservations are made with full payment at time of booking.
- Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- All reservations must be booked under the individual principal site holder’s name.
- (When travelling with another site, note their Family name on the booking so that we may allocate sites together)
NOTE: When booking and paying for your site, only pay for those that are confirmed to arrive. No refunds or credits are approved if someone changes their mind. Extra guests may be added to existing bookings later (Conditions apply).

Arrival and Departure times
- Site Check-in: From 12pm up to 6pm on day of arrival.
- Cabin Check-in: From 2pm up to 6pm on day of arrival.
- After hours arrival: Via "The Cube" pick-up station located on the wall just past the office. Your pack will be there if your site is paid in full.
- Check-out: No later than 11am on the morning of departure, unless organised with management.
Note: Please be respectful of your fellow travelers and organize your travel times accordingly. Quiet time is between 10pm and 6am.
Terms & Conditions
The Seaspray Reserve Committee of Management is responsible for setting rules and regulations. By booking with Seaspray Caravan Park, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions, Park Rules, and any other conditions set by The Committee and Management.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prior to 14 days of arrival: Refund (less $30.00 administration fee) or a credit towards a future booking to be used within 13 months.
- Within 14 days of arrival: Forfeiture of all fees paid.
- Day of arrival or during stay: No refund or credit issued.
Refunds and Credits are Issued at Management Discretion.
Emergency Situations (Natural Disaster, Pandemic, etc.)
- Fees paid will act as a credit toward a future stay within 13 months.
- If a refund is approved, a $30 administration fee will be incurred, and the balance refunded by EFT only.

General Park Rules
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry without stating grounds for refusal.
- Reservations are for short-term holiday use only; no residential sites are offered.
- Excessive or offensive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Seaspray Caravan Park accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to property.
- Camping is "rain, hail, or shine"; no refunds for inclement weather.
- Policies are subject to change without notice.
PET FRIENDLY SITES
We are a pet-friendly park year-round; however, no pets are allowed in accommodation, the camp kitchen, or amenity blocks. Please mention your pet at the time of booking.
Conditions:
- Strictly no pets in or around Amenity Blocks, Camp Kitchen, or any accommodation.
- Maximum of 2 pets per site.
- Pets must be contained on leads at all times.
- Pets must be registered and have a current vaccination certificate.
- Pet’s poo, you pick up. How simple is that!
We strongly advise travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes.
